Ordering

How can I order?

There's plenty of ways to get your Pound A Metre fabric fix. The easiest way is to order on our website but if you prefer to order over the phone, feel free to call us on 01274317457.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We offer worldwide shipping on all products. Mainland UK Shipping is offered at fixed rates of £2.95 (for orders £10 or less) & £4.95 for orders up to £100.

For international orders, additional shipping costs may apply.

Who will deliver my order?

We use a network of couriers to deliver efficient shipping at the lowest possible cost to you.

We currently work with Evri, DPD, Royal Mail, UPS & DHL.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 working days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). If you need your order to be upgraded to Express Delivery, please send us an email to contact@poundametre.com.

International shipping times depend on the products and destination (details provided by email when your order is dispatched).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
