Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and worldwide. Prices may vary for international shipping due to variable rates.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

If your order has exceeded 5-7 working days without being dispatched, please contact us. It's possible that we are awaiting the restocking of an item.

What happens if I am out when the delivery comes?

Our delivery drivers will do their best to deliver a parcel on their first visit. If you are not home when the driver arrives they may leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place on your property. If this is the case, they will post a card through your letterbox to inform you. If this is not possible, the driver will usually return the next day to attempt delivery again. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the parcel will either be held at a local Royal Mail Depot or returned to us.

Parcels that are returned to us can be shipped out to you again subject to paying an additional shipping fee.

Can I have parcels delivered to a different address?

Yes! You can have parcels delivered to any address that is convenient to you. This includes your work address or the address of a family or friend. Please make sure you enter the correct details at checkout and we will have your parcel shipped to the address of your choice.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
